Rocío Arroyo Collado

Rocío Arroyo is an expert in pastry making, a subject on which she has a wealth of knowledge. She shares this knowledge on television, through her inspiring teaching work and through her creations. Rocío Arroyo, who is convinced that baking is amazing, magical and creative, has also trained as a Senior Technician in Dietetics and Nutrition. She also looks after the trade from Ciudad Real, as she was born in the town of Santa Cruz de Mudela and is the representative of the Eurotoques association in the province. As if that weren’t enough, she makes the perfect cheesecake.
